Thank you so much! That really, honestly makes me smile.
I know how hard it can be to find time and motivation to workout, trust me. I used to be so lazy a few years back and thought that if I ate little, it would compensate for never working out or even walking places. But of course, that’s just not the case.
Honestly, what I’ve learned lately is that doing a little is better than doing nothing, always. Even if you can only fit in 10 minutes of exercise once or twice a week, it’s better than sitting there doing nothing, right? And if you approach exercise with the right mindset, you WILL start to enjoy it. Instead of doing it because you dislike your body, try seeing it as a treat for your body. Because honestly, it is. Do it for the amazing endorphin high once you’re finished, do it because you want to nourish your body and stimulate your muscles and cleanse your mind. Because working out does all that, if you let it. So many people see working out as a chore and as something more of a punishment for when they’ve eaten too much or something. And it’s really just not supposed to be seen that way. It can be fun, honestly. Maybe find a friend to get fit with? Just go for a brisk walk around the neighbourhood or do some squats whilst watching your favorite TV show. Look online for fun workouts or shop around for energising workout DVDs. If you live in the country, going out for a walk/jog in the woods or wherever can feel so, so good for both the mind and the body. Exercise doesn’t have to be hours of uncomfortable sweating in the gym, I swear. I don’t have a gym membership, yet I’m in the best shape of my life. And like I said, if you can only motivate yourself to 10 minutes every few days, then go with that. Just put your full effort into those 10 minutes and I promise you, you will start to feel better even then.
Eat as clean as you can, treat yourself in moderation and always have some water at hand. Sleep well and try and find at least one positive thing to say about yourself every single day. I know how hard that can be, but it is possible, okay? I don’t even know you, but I know you’re perfect just the way you are anyway, and any exercise or clean eating would just enhance that even further.
You owe it to yourself to feel good, okay? And don’t you ever doubt your worth because of what you see in the mirror because 99% of the time, what you see isn’t who you really are anyway.
Love. xo
Call me biased for being a Vanessa Hudgens fan, but I honestly think she’s one of the best role models in Hollywood. All she does is go around spreading positivity, encouraging people to love and be kind to each other, working out and looking after herself, being as humble and gracious as ever…
If you’re wanting to shrink your hips, cardio workouts like cycling, jump rope and running are your best friends. And on top of that, try these to tone up your hips!

I’m a huge, huge Blogilates fan and I do her workouts daily and I’m positive you’ll see effects within weeks of doing those videos.
Don’t forget to eat clean and drink plenty of water and your hips will be shrinking in no time.
Hope that’s helped! Good luck, beautiful! xo
At the airport yesterday, my family and I were caught up in a whirlwind of paparazzi chasing after actress Jennifer Lawrence. As they ran after her, trying to get their perfect shot, they managed to knock my nine-year-old-daughter over her luggage.
She fell over her…
